What data is processed?
Only the information you enter into the contact form of your own accord is processed: your name, your email address and the content of your message. No other personal data is collected during your visit.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed only in order to answer your question, that is, to fulfil your request. The legal basis is that processing is necessary to fulfil your request, under article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK. Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.
Transfer
Form messages are delivered to the artist's email address through an email delivery provider. This transfer takes place solely so that your message reaches its recipient. Your messages are not stored in this site's database.
Retention
Your message remains in the mailbox for a reasonable period after the correspondence is complete, and is deleted once its purpose has ended.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and collects no visitor analytics. A single technically necessary cookie is used to maintain the session when signing in to the admin panel; it does not concern visitors.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it is, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can send your requests to ayferkalsin@yahoo.com.
